The product and all related services, content, and outputs are provided strictly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted/error-free operation.
Assumption of Risk
All risk arising from access to or use of the product — including security incidents, data loss, service interruption, misconfiguration, compliance outcomes, or reliance on any output or recommendation — rests solely and entirely with the customer/user.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlexoCloud AI, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall have zero liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for evaluating suitability, maintaining their own backups, security controls, and regulatory compliance (including NIS2, DPDP, MAS TRM or any other framework), and for all decisions and actions taken based on the product.
Indemnity
User agrees to indemnify and hold AlexoCloud AI harmless from any claims arising out of their use of the product.
