3. Data in your AgentFactory instance
Because AgentFactory runs on your own infrastructure, we do not access or store the workflows, credentials, documents or conversations processed by your instance. License validation only shares the license key and instance status.

To provide and bill for the Services, issue and validate licenses, respond to inquiries, send important service notices, improve our website and products, and meet legal obligations.
