1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the AlexoCloudAI website, AgentFactory software or any related services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. License
Subject to payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use AgentFactory on infrastructure you control, for your internal business purposes, within the limits of your plan (including employee count).
3. Plans, fees and billing
Fees are billed monthly in advance in US dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing is based on the number of employees in your organization. If your organization grows beyond your plan limit, you agree to move to the appropriate plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Free trial
A trial gives you access for a limited period. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid plan.
5. Acceptable use
You must not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or circumvent licensing of the software; use the Services to break the law, infringe rights or harm others; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
6. Your data
AgentFactory is self-hosted. Your workflows, credentials and data stay in your infrastructure and remain yours. You are responsible for your own backups, security controls and compliance with laws that apply to you.
7. Third-party services
Agents may connect to third-party AI models and services you choose. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Intellectual property
The software, website and brand are owned by AlexoCloudAI and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlexoCloudAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may cancel at any time; your license ends at the close of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
